Most change initiatives that end up going nowhere don't fail because they lack grand visions and noble intentions. They fail because people can't see the reality they face.

We are facing a time of unprecedented transformation in our world. In the context of the paradigm shift that we see forthcoming, nimbleness will be a core competitive advantage. Those who can move quickly will rise to the forefront with their ability to adapt to the new business environment. No longer will small businesses need to ride in the wake of the multinational conglomerates. Innovation and invention will be key to successfully navigating the coming changes, and small, entrepreneurial businesses will be best situated to take advantage of these new opportunities. Kairos Advisers LLC provides management and financial consulting/advisory services with a focus on forward-thinking, holistic strategies for small, emerging, and "not for profit only" businesses facing times of transition.

At Kairos we begin at the beginning, the individual. Because people are at the core of any financial decision, every strategy (economic, investment, or management) has a soulfulness. Each of us has overarching values that guide our lives. When we make business and financial decisions rooted on those values, our work and wealth truly become an extension of ourselves.

New millennium businesses must navigate the trifecta of environmental, humanitarian, fiscal responsibility (triple bottom line). Businesses that focus on things that have been considered "soft" in the past (supporting the environment, improving the lives of the disenfranchised, and creating businesses around a value-based core) will find that their businesses will be successful and profitable. Those companies which have a truly visionary mission—to through the unique gifts of its employees help bring wholeness to the lives of every individual whose life they impact—will be the captains of industry. The demand for “things” will be supplanted by a demand for mental and spiritual quality of life.

What does it mean to experience the abundant life? Most of us think of abundance as having a lot of stuff—a large bank account, a big home, or the latest technology toys. Although there is nothing inherently wrong with these things, if we look more deeply we find that there is more to living abundantly: peace of mind, healthy relationships, fulfilling work, and “purpose and meaning.” These are the key components of the good life. Kairos Advisers LLC is dedicated to the pursuit of the abundant life.
